We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected London-based company. This is a hands-on role delivering service, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control. Role Responsibilities:

• Attend service and maintenance calls across commercial, retail, and residential sites

• Troubleshoot and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for clients

• Maintain fire and security systems to the highest standard, complying with regulations and industry standards

• Build strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service

• Work alongside a skilled team of engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices

• Complete accurate documentation, reports, and handovers for all site visits
