Account Manager and Business Development Associate

Our Life Sciences specific practice is adding Account Managers/Business Developers. These roles set the foundation for Associate and future Partner opportunities.

• Conduct in-depth market research in related industries
• Influence business leaders to use our unique talent access strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to keep a strong pulse on market trends
• Own and develop a specific book of Life Sciences Organizations
• Manage and frequently update CRM database
• Consistently deliver white glove customer service experience to companies and candidates
• Utilize a multitude of recruitment tools to perform outreach
