What You’ll Bring to the Classroom:

• Age 18+ with at least 6 months of daycare experience
• High School Diploma or GED (no love letters required)
• Reliable transportation (Cupid’s arrows don’t count, sorry!)
• Able to pass ODJFS background checks (BCI & FBI) before hire
• PTO starting Day 1 (because even Cupid needs a day off!)
• Paid holidays and your birthday off
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Weekly pay — every Friday (now that’s true love)
• W2 employment — we handle the details so you can focus on the kids
