As a Project Manager in the Restoration Department
, you will lead, coordinate, and oversee complex commercial restoration projects from pre‑construction through final completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, field operations, and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships while driving project success.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills who thrives in a demanding environment. Responsibilities include project planning, estimating support, budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial oversight. The Project Manager will proactively identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
