Bridgeway Partners is a professional search and advisory firm that helps organizations hire critical talent in some of today’s most specialized and competitive markets. Since 2005, we’ve built our reputation around strong recruiting fundamentals, innovative search strategies, deep industry knowledge, and one thing above all else: finding great people.

We’re growing our recruiting team in Broadview Heights, Ohio, and looking for someone who wants to build a career in executive search.

At Bridgeway, recruiting comes down to three things:

Research: Identify and map the professionals our clients need to hire. You’ll learn industries, companies, career paths, and talent markets and determine who we should be talking to.

Marketing: Most of the people we recruit aren’t actively looking for jobs. Your job is to get their attention, tell a compelling story, and create enough interest for them to have a conversation.

Recruiting: Build relationships, understand what motivates people, and inspire successful professionals to consider what their career and value could look like outside of where they are today.

This is direct recruiting and executive search—not simply posting jobs and waiting for applicants.

Work with accomplished professionals.

Our searches span Life Sciences, Construction/Engineering, Financial Services, and other specialized markets. Depending on the search, you may be recruiting experienced professionals, technical experts, physicians, scientists, engineers, or executives.

We have more than 20 years of experience building recruiting philosophies, processes, and procedures designed around direct recruitment. We invest heavily in training and will teach you how to research markets, approach passive candidates, qualify talent, overcome objections, and manage a professional recruiting process.

We may not develop the next breakthrough therapy, design the next surgical robot, or construct the next major project—but we recruit the people who will. The professionals we place can have a meaningful impact on the organizations they join.

• Research companies, industries, and candidate pools for active searches
• Identify and directly recruit passive professionals
• Market career opportunities through phone, email, Linked In, and other channels
• Conduct recruiting and qualification conversations
• Understand candidates’ experience, motivations, goals, and career drivers
• Develop relationships with professionals who may not initially be looking for a new opportunity
• Present qualified candidates to Bridgeway's Partners and clients
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring process
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate search documentation
