Senior Professional Development Trainer | Broadview Heights, OH

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 + Bonus Eligibility

We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional Development Trainer to design, deliver, and enhance leadership and professional development programs across the organization.

This role is ideal for a skilled facilitator and learning professional who enjoys working with leaders, coaching employees, and creating impactful development experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver advanced leadership and professional development programs
• Facilitate high-impact training for leaders, managers, and experienced professionals
• Provide individual and small-group coaching to support leadership development and performance goals
• Partner with HR, technical training, and enterprise learning teams to align development initiatives
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create engaging training experiences
• Serve as a subject matter expert in professional development and facilitation
• Mentor and coach other Professional Development Trainers
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve training offerings
• Promote a strong culture of learning and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Training, HR, Education, Business, or related field
• Proven experience designing and delivering professional development or leadership training in an industrial environment
• Experience facilitating advanced or multi-session training programs
• Experience coaching or developing leaders and employees
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work independently
