Maintenance Technician – Banyan Living, LLC
Banyan Living, a leader in luxury apartment management, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team across Cleveland and Columbus metropolitan areas.
Base Pay Range$20.00/yr - $23.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments, common areas, and building structures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks
- Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants
- Maintain grounds, including landscaping and snow removal, as needed
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1‑2 years of maintenance experience, preferably residential
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks
- Willingness to be on‑call for emergencies as needed
