CNC Machinist

Gexpro Services seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to produce precision components supporting global industrial customers. Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes, read blueprints, select tooling, and adjust offsets to meet tight tolerances. Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools, documenting results for quality and traceability. Maintain machines through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure safe, reliable operation. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and warehouse teams to meet production schedules, solve machining issues, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to machine precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions
• Select tooling, set offsets, and adjust programs to achieve required tolerances
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges, recording results
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor preventive maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards in the machine shop
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and warehouse teams to meet schedules
• Identify and suggest improvements to machining processes and setups
