• Plan, evaluate, and implement high‑quality medical care for adults and children in cooperation with center physicians.

• Provide patient care consistent with professional bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies.
• Serve as a resource for patients/families and staff.
• Generate authenticated reports of services rendered and maintain accurate records.
• Complete documentation and communications to facilitate patient care and reimbursement.
• Participate in meetings and activities to support urgent‑care operations.
• Engage in professional development; maintain certifications (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, or NALS) and additional specialty training as required.
• Report to the Regional Medical Director (RMD) and/or Area Clinical Operations Director (ACOD).

• Board certified (or eligible) and licensed to practice in Ohio.
• Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Ohio.
• Current DEA registration.
• DOT certification.
• Experience with procedures including suturing and drainage of abscesses.
• Experience reading diagnostic studies, including X‑rays and EKGs.
• BLS certification (provided if needed).
• Eligibility for credentialing as per Well Street Urgent Care.
• Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and staff.
