The Mission:
Activity & Growth
  • High-Volume Prospecting:
    Execute a heavy volume of cold calls and in-person field visits within your assigned territory.
  • Intelligence Gathering:
    Identify potential customers, learn about their fleet needs, and take detailed notes on their current operations.
  • Strategic Hand-offs:
    Provide your senior sales partner with the critical intel they need to spec and price the perfect truck for the customer.
  • Daily CRM use to track deals from start to finish.

Qualifications
  • A "Sales-First" attitude is required; prior cold-calling or field sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory for field travel.
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
