Kitchen Tune-Up Broadview Heights is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across the western Cleveland suburbs and the surrounding communities. We provide services such as cabinet restoration, painting, refacing and new custom cabinets.

Ideal candidates strongly believe in the company culture that our clients always come first. They will be coachable, have drive and empathy, courage to try new things, a consistent learner, and willing to train and adapt. Their main job is to close sales.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on all leads within 24 hours of initial contact and enter info into the CRM system.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the entire process, from initial contact to qualification to completed project.
  • Create outside leads apart from those generated by the franchise’s own advertising.
  • Qualify clients and gather information on all job‑related products to make an in‑home presentation.
  • Determine customer preferences and quote services based on kitchen layout and design with the goal of creating a sale.
  • Take “before” photos of all jobs for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Collect and process customers’ payments.
  • Meet with the installer at the job site prior to start of the project to cover all necessary details and ensure accuracy.
  • Meet with the customer at project completion to inspect work, collect final payment, take “after” photos, go over the post‑completion packet and present the final thank‑you gift.
  • Be able to work at least one Saturday a month.
  • Always ask for the sale and business.
  • Work the showroom at least one day a week.
Qualifications
  • Able to work flexible hours and staff Home Show booths.
  • Must be enthusiastic, dependable and present a professional demeanor suitable to working in clients’ homes.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Smartphone and computer proficiency.
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license.
