This brand-new role is specifically designed for the ultimate prospector—someone who wants to spend their day "in the field" uncovering opportunities and building a massive lead pipeline.

The Mission:
Activity & Growth
  • High‑Volume Prospecting:
    Execute a heavy volume of cold calls and in‑person field visits within your assigned territory.
  • Intelligence Gathering:
    Identify potential customers, learn about their fleet needs, and take detailed notes on their current operations.
  • Strategic Hand‑offs:
    Provide your senior sales partner with the critical intel they need to spec and price the perfect truck for the customer.
  • Daily CRM use to track deals from start to finish.

Qualifications
  • A "Sales‑First" attitude is required; prior cold‑calling or field sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory for field travel.
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
