Previous recruiting experience is NOT required.

We'll teach you the recruiting business. What we're looking for is someone who enjoys talking to people, likes competition, and wants to learn sales

Think of executive search as a combination of sales, recruiting, consulting and relationship building.

You'll learn how to:

• Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Find and recruit talented professionals
• Interview candidates and understand their career goals
• Help companies solve difficult hiring problems
• Develop new clients and business opportunities
• Negotiate offers and help close searches
• Build a professional network that becomes more valuable every year
• Become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a computer all day processing applications.

You'll be talking to people, developing relationships, solving problems and learning how businesses make hiring decisions.

We don't expect you to walk in knowing how to be an executive recruiter.

You'll receive hands‑on training and one‑on‑one coaching from recruiters who have spent decades in the business.

We also pay 100% of the cost of Sandler Sales Training
, one of the most recognized professional sales training programs in the country.

You’ll learn skills in:

• Professional selling
• Prospecting
• Negotiation
• Interviewing
• Relationship building
• Closing

These are skills you can build an entire career around.

Recent college graduates:

Sales and marketing professionals:

If you already know how to develop relationships, prospect, sell or manage customers, executive search can be a natural transition into professional services sales.

Experienced recruiters:
