Responsibilities- Perform waterproofing above and below grade including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants and caulking, traffic coatings, and hot‑applied systems.
- Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
- Assist other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance.
- Use hand tools and small power tools.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
- Minimum education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and clean driving record; a valid Chauffeur’s License preferred.
Some travel is required to surrounding job sites. Compensation includes per diem for travel and overnight stay when applicable.
TechnologySome technology use may be required. Proper training will be provided.
Work EnvironmentSeasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud noises, standing/walking up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, areas close to traffic.
Following InstructionsAdhere to instructions from superintendents, project managers and construction plans and blueprints.
CleanlinessMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area.
Safety ComplianceFollow all RAM health and safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
