We’re looking for full-time Roofing Team Members to join our team in Broadview Heights, OH
. We are looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, hard-working, and ready to be part of a strong crew.

Pay: $22-$40 per hour (offer is dependent on experience)

• Roofing or construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Must be able to travel locally to jobs throughout Northeast Ohio
• Ability to maintain clear, professional and consistent communication with management, team members, and customers.

• Work as part of a team installing and repairing a variety of roofing systems (shingles, metal, slate, tile, and flat roofs)
• Measure, prep, and complete roofing projects with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers.

We’re hiring across multiple skill levels, from entry level laborers to experienced roofers and crew leaders.
