Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled MES/SCADA Support Engineer to maintain and enhance our manufacturing execution and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Rockwell Factory Talk SCADA systems, Allen‑Bradley PLCs, SQL administration, and electrical networking. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to system reliability and continuous improvement. TRAVEL: 25% max to Dyersburg, Yorkville or other Chicago locations.

• Minimum 3 years of Allen‑Bradley PLC programming experience.
• Minimum 1 year of SQL administration and query experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, domain administration, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with object‑oriented programming, Visual Basic for Applications, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.
• Willingness to work during scheduled production downtimes and continuously learn new technologies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broadview, IL.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 – $70.00/hr.
