• Assemble mechanical components including elastomers, castings, and steel plates per work instructions.
• Use electric and air‑powered hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Comfortable with mechanical hand tools and powered assembly equipment.
• Familiarity with operating basic machinery like mills and lathes.
