North East Electrical is looking for an AP Clerk to join our Finance team!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Rate: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour

• What a Day In This Role Looks Like:
  Processing invoices
• Research and resolve credit memos, chargebacks and miscellaneous correspondence
• Vendor relations and statement analysis
• Run journals and review batches before posting
• Assist with and prepare check runs
• Other related duties as required or directed

• Two year college education or equivalent business experience
• Minimum of one year of high-volume accounts payable experience
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently
• Ability to work with all levels of management and as part of a team
