Adult & Teen Challenge Northeast is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals overcome substance use disorder and other life‑controlling issues. We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented addition to our center at Massachusetts-Brockton to support all departments of the program.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & TRAINING- Bachelor’s Degree, or
- High School Diploma / GED with at least two years related experience
- Notary of the Public preferred
- A valid Driver’s License and able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Layperson Naloxone training – must be achieved within 90 days
- Prepare and deposit the weekly cash deposit.
- Provide notary services as needed by Adult & Teen Challenge and residents.
- Reconcile all monthly credit card statements with appropriate codes and receipts.
- Update Senior Leadership Meeting Agenda for weekly meeting. Take notes during the weekly Senior Leadership meeting.
- Update monthly All Staff Meeting Agenda, take notes during meetings, and send out to all staff.
- Write thank you cards to donors as requested by the Director.
- Oversee all aspects of the Department of Transitional Assistance EBT SNAP program for ATCMA residents.
- Prepare the monthly Challenge Report for the center.
- Order all materials and items needed for all departments. Monitor incoming packages and deliver them to the correct person or department.
- Send out communication to all staff as requested by the Director.
- Write, proof, and edit any materials as requested by the Director.
- Research materials, products, and vendors as requested by the Director.
- Assist in setting up travel arrangements for the Director or incoming guests.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute monthly resident birthday cards for signatures and distribution.
- Assist in all fundraising events for the center.
- Oversee all activities of the Adult & Teen Challenge Massachusetts Women’s Guild
- Detail oriented
- Verbal and communication skills
- Google Platform skills (e‑mail and calendar)
- Organized
- Able to maintain composure under pressure
- Self‑motivated
- Flexible Reliable
- Non‑judgmental, reflexive, and empathetic
- Able to lead a corporate prayer or group devotion preferred
- Knowledge of the Bible including practical applications preferred
