Nutrition Program AssistantThe Nutrition Program Assistant will provide administrative support to the Nutrition Department, ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and coordination of intake processes.
What you will do:- Review and update consumer data.
- Provide accurate department reports.
- Assist staff in setting up intake packets and submit/track required documentation.
- Provide telephone coverage for the Nutrition department as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to respect workplace privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle statistical and financial data effectively.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
