This role is based in our Boston Office.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Informa Tech Target, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Based in Boston with a hybrid working arrangement, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you will provide high‑level administrative support, including managing complex, dynamic calendars to optimize the CEO’s time, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials, such as agendas, presentations, and follow‑up documentation. You will also support the preparation and coordination of board‑related items, ensuring that reports are compiled accurately, deadlines are met, and governance requirements are met.

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and discretion, handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity. Additionally, you will assist with special projects and initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s office.

This role requires a resourceful and independent individual who thrives on challenges, works well under pressure, and is comfortable navigating change.
