OCES is growing! We are expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, etc.

We are seeking a Provider Services Program Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Provider Services department and performing related functions as assigned by program management.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Provider Direct and correct errors in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
  • Review, analyze, and correct data in electronic record systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with consumer/provider calls as needed.
  • Assist the Quality and Contracts Manager with additional projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to respect privacy and confidentiality for workplace and providers.
  • Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
