Project Coordinator

J.R. Vinagro is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with at least two years of experience in the asbestos, environmental, and/or demolition field. This full-time (Monday–Friday), in-office position involves minimal travel and offers great work/life flexibility.

The Project Coordinator will be an essential member of the team, assisting with administrative, organizational, communications, and operational activities. This person will provide professional administrative support and serve as a key resource for the project manager and abatement crew.

• Coordinate trucking and disposal.
• Receive and process waste shipment records; reconcile with projects and send to appropriate parties.
• Create project binders.
• Enter weekly payroll for the abatement crew.
• Assist with reconciling hours.
• Maintain the office and office supplies.
• Track employee paperwork and keep records up to date.
• Process new-hire and returning-employee paperwork.
• Assist employees with scheduling training and license renewals.
• Assist with project submittals.
• Create closeout packages for projects.
• Notify local and state entities of upcoming work.
• Handle purchase orders for the abatement division.

• At least two years of administrative/project management experience in the asbestos, environmental, and/or demolition field.
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful, and to assess and organize priorities.
• Ability to multitask required.
