Client Relationship Director

• Maintain and expand existing client relationships
• Build a network to develop new relationships in the community, including Big Four and regional Audit Partners, Senior Audit Managers, Chief Financial Officers, Controllers, and others
• Project manage ongoing engagements to meet client needs
• Recognize opportunities, solve problems, and close business, especially at strategically targeted accounts
• Demonstrate exceptional client service and genuine interest in making a difference for clients while growing CAST revenue
• Maintain business development targets and sales activities in CRM
• Represent CLA at networking events and public forums

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience
• Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting and industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Client services delivery orientation
• Relationship-building experience
• Drive to participate in business development initiatives
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members

Demonstrates strong client service delivery and relationship-building capabilities, with a focus on business development and project management in the accounting and finance sectors. Proven ability to engage with senior executives and drive revenue growth through strategic networking and client engagement.
