Compliance Manager in South Easton, MA

• Monitor and manage compliance with federal export regulations, including preparing and filing export documentation with freight carriers for international shipments to foreign customers.
• Review applicable OSHA regulations, identify changes to rules and standards, update internal safety programs accordingly, and coordinate annual insurance compliance audits.
• Administer and maintain the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Monitor adherence to defense contractor requirements, and maintain records of inspections, procedures, and quality documentation.
• Manage regulatory compliance for employee benefits programs by reviewing plan documents, completing required government filings, and processing direct deposit and payroll records.
• Prepare and submit state sales tax exemption certificates to vendors, coordinate quarterly meetings with the company accountant to reconcile financial records, and ensure timely filing of federal, state, and sales tax obligations.
• Maintain records of compliance activities across regulatory areas, prepare internal compliance reports for management. Track changes in applicable laws and standards to recommend and implement policy adjustments.

Requirements:
Must have Bachelor’s Degree in legal studies, business administration, accounting, or a similar field.
