Mid-sized advertising agency just south of Boston has a wonderful growth opportunity for a versatile web/digital designer to join their creative team. Serve as the link between local and national brands in the successful design and delivery of all creative projects including web/digital (FIGMA), some traditional and animation.
This is a hybrid full-time opportunity.
The ideal individual is someone who appreciates and thrives on the design process from concept through completion, has worked in an agency/design studio setting with experience designing 360 campaigns (websites, social, pitch, print, typography, etc). Heavier on digital and websites but touch all mediums.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading way finding, brand / digital graphics, customer stories
- Design/layout of all creative 360 campaigns
- Website design and content population
- Present ideas to clients and brand team
- Partner closely with creative leadership to vet ideas
- Coordinate design projects with leadership and project managers
- Concepts aligned to briefs with words, found images and sketches
Coming in with agency experience with samples will cater towards the need to be able to juggle multiple brands and high-level design components simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years agency design and industry experience
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
- Portfolio, showing a strong sense of web/digital, print, typography, brand design in 360 campaigns
- Storyboarding experience
- Poise and focus under pressure
- Advanced in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite;
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus - High level sense of design, layout, and typography combined with strong conceptual skills reflected in portfolio
- Strong creative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborative
- Passion (the ability to view the work as fun!)
