Position Title:
Site Supervisors for Smart Start Extended Day Programs - Brockton Public Schools is seeking 1 to 2 Site Supervisors for the Community Schools Extended Day Program for the school year. Supervisors will be assigned to school sites and will provide leadership and oversight for after-school and summer programming.

* Before School Program:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM
* After School Program:
Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Important Requirement:
Applicants must be available to begin work at 6:45AM and/or 3:30 PM for the after-school Smart Start Extended Day program.

Job Description:
Brockton Public Schools is seeking Site Supervisors for the Smart Start Extended Day Program for elementary schools. This is a twelve-month program that varies in hours during the school year, vacations, and summer recess. These positions are job share opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
* Safety Care Training preferred.
* Previous experience working in a Smart Start Extended Day Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the program from 6:45 a.m. to the beginning of the school day and from school dismissal to 6:00 p.m. during school days, vacations, and summer programs.
2.Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including implementation of quality programming.
3.Prepare and submit staff payroll using the district timekeeping system.
4.Order supplies and materials for the site program.
5.Follow EEC regulations for funded programs, including maintaining annual training requirements.
6.Maintain staff records and required documentation.
7.Report directly to Coordinator of Smart Start Extended Day program and the Director of Community Schools.
