Infant/ Toddler Teacher (ECE Certified) – The Learning Experience Foxboro

Location: Foxboro, MA

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

About the Role

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a warm, attentive, and skilled Infant/ Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant/ toddler classroom offers a caring, developmentally supportive environment where babies can learn, grow, and reach important early milestones. This role is ideal for an ECE-certified educator who enjoys building nurturing relationships and creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

What

You’ll Do
  • Provide consistent, responsive care in a safe and nurturing infant classroom.
  • Support each child’s developmental needs through sensory activities, language exposure, and purposeful interactions.
  • Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide early learning and exploration.
  • Partner with families by sharing daily updates, developmental progress, and classroom experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized environment that meets Massachusetts EEC licensing and health standards.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to ensure high-quality care and program consistency.
Qualifications
  • Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required.
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience working with infants; 1+ year preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant behavior patterns.
