The Department of Political Science at Boston College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in American public law, starting Aug 2027. We seek a scholar with deep knowledge of law and courts and a record of promising research.
The successful candidate will teach at least one undergraduate course on constitutional law and may teach courses in legal topics or American political thought at undergraduate or graduate levels. PhD expected by summer 2027.
