Overview
Manufacturing Quality Engineer – Production Support & Scale-Up
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support production, quality investigations, validation activities, and manufacturing expansion efforts.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Inspection teams to troubleshoot quality issues, support NCR/NCMR investigations, drive root cause analysis, and help ensure products and processes are validated, production-ready, and scalable.
- Manufacturing Quality Engineering
- Process & Equipment Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- NCR/NCMR & Deviation Investigations
- Root Cause Analysis & CAPA Support
- GD&T, Gage R&R & Inspection Activities
- Production Floor Quality Support
- Manufacturing Scale-Up & Expansion
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Quality Engineering experience
- Medical Device experience preferred (Aerospace/Defense also considered)
- Experience with process validation, equipment validation, and test method validation
- Strong problem-solving and production troubleshooting skills
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
