Immediate opening for a Technical Sales Engineer in Harvard, MA who possesses:
- BSEE or MSEE is required
- 10+ years in the RF or microwave industry
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Must be a US Citizen

FULL DESCRIPTIONAs a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial part in driving growth by assisting customers in realizing the value of advanced RF and microwave components and solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Proactively set up and drive customer meetings, both onsite and virtually, to introduce and demonstrate a wide range of RF and Microwave components and services.
- Manage customer relationships by providing timely follow-ups, expert advice, and tailored recommendations on component selection to meet specific technical requirements.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers understand the value and application of RF and Microwave components in their projects.
- Perform essential sales activities, including preparing quotes, forecasting, and tracking sales metrics to meet and exceed sales targets.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- A BSEE or MSEE is highly preferred, with hands‑on experience in RF Electronics, ideally in design or test engineer roles.
- Sales experience, particularly as an Applications Engineer or Product Manager, is highly desirable but not required—strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly are crucial.
- Must possess strong foundational knowledge of RF principles, including S-parameters, return loss, insertion loss, harmonics, dB, dBm, P1dB, IMD, gain, mixers, noise figure, and other relevant RF metrics.
- Self‑motivated, with a proven track record of independently managing projects and driving results in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
- Preferred candidates reside in Massachusetts or New Hampshire and are willing to work from the Harvard location while traveling to customer sites across the US as needed.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person (as defined by ITAR regulations) due to ITAR requirements.
Salary Range: $175k-$225k/yr
