ACS is in an exciting growth phase, we are hiring a Director of Finance to bring financial predictability, cash discipline, and clear insight to the leadership team as we scale. This is a senior, hands‑on finance leader who owns cash flow, forecasting, and financial discipline while partnering directly with executive leadership on growth decisions.

You will sit at the leadership table and play a critical role in ensuring the business scales profitably and predictably.

What You’ll Own
  • Cash Predictability & Recurring Revenue Management
  • Own short‑and‑medium‑term cash flow forecasting with a focus on accuracy and transparency
  • Ensure leadership has clear visibility into cash position, obligations, and runway
  • Identify cash risks early and recommend corrective actions
  • Bring financial rigor to a recurring‑revenue services model (managed services, professional services, or SaaS‑like environments)
Hands‑On Operational Finance
  • Own the accuracy and timeliness of monthly close and financial reporting
  • Lead improvements across finance operations to increase accuracy, efficiency, and discipline, including tightening month‑end close timelines and reliability.
  • Operate day‑to‑day within Quick Books while evaluating future improvements
  • Ensure clean, reliable financial data that leadership can trust
Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Lead budgeting, reforecasting, and long‑range planning
  • Translate financial data into clear recommendations around hiring, investment, and growth
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize resources
  • Participate and run Finance L10 meetings under EOS
  • Protect margins as revenue scales
  • Own financial modeling and analysis for compensation and incentive programs
  • Partner with leadership and external HR advisors to ensure plans are financially sound and behaviorally aligned
  • Support hiring capacity planning by evaluating the financial impact of proposed hires
  • Ensure people‑related decisions align with margin and cash realities
Leadership & Decision Authority
  • Lead and develop a small finance team (Finance Manager and HR/AP Coordinator)
  • Challenge hiring, compensation, and incentive plans that don’t support cash or margin goals
  • Require leaders to operate within approved budgets
  • Escalate financial risks and strategic investments directly to the Integrator and CEO
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or operational finance
  • Experience in a recurring revenue, managed services, professional services, or SaaS‑adjacent business
  • Strong cash flow management experience in a growing company
  • Hands‑on experience with Quick Books or similar financial systems
  • Comfortable balancing detailed execution with leadership‑level strategy
  • Base salary $145,000–$160,000 + Bonus
  • This role participates in a management incentive bonus program tied to overall company performance and finance‑related outcomes. Incentives are designed to reward disciplined financial leadership, predictable cash management, and sustainable margin performance, and are paid only when company‑level goals are achieved.
