Program Billing Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee all program billing operations within OCES, ensuring fiscal compliance with contracts, state and federal regulations, and corporate standards.

Partner with internal and external managers to meet corporate initiatives.

Manage billing unit activities related to consumers, provider billing, and all agency funding sources.

Maintain fiscal accuracy of authorized billing units and project future billing units.

Effectively analyze Program Service data and identify risks and opportunities.

Communicate fiscal issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must have a personal computer with secure internet access at home.
