Investment Operations Associate

Our client is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support investment operations and client implementation initiatives. This role will coordinate investment-related events and projects while partnering with investment, operations, product, and relationship management teams.

• Coordinate investment operations activities, including account fundings, mandate changes, product launches, liquidations, and account transitions
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and action items
• Partner with investment, operations, product, and relationship management teams
• Analyze operational issues and help identify appropriate solutions
• Support reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives
• Communicate project status and requirements to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related fields
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or 5+ years of combined internship and professional experience
• Experience in investment operations, asset management, financial services, or a related area
• Strong project management, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-facing experience, investment product knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools are a plus
