- Perform service and fulfillment activities to meet Philanthropic Solutions client needs and expectations
- Serve as a philanthropic product-set expert and additional client contact or backup for relationship managers
- Perform administrative duties for philanthropic giving vehicles
- Provide high-level administrative support, including daily transaction processing, money movement, account setup, administrative reviews, system updates, and grantmaking administration
- Handle compliance and regulatory matters as assigned
- Communicate by phone and email with clients, Private Bank partners, lines of business, accountants, and attorneys
- Review and analyze trust and financial information and prioritize actions
- Recommend product and service improvements to leadership
- Identify new business and deepening opportunities from the existing book of business
- Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent - 2-5 years of institutional philanthropic, non-profit administration, fiduciary banking, or financial services experience
- Passion for the non-profit sector and charitable engagement
- Superb and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and independently problem solve and make client-impacting decisions
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to take initiative and proactively follow up and follow through
- Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy
- Strong interpersonal alliance and partnership-building skills
- Significant knowledge of legal, tax, investment, and compliance aspects of fiduciary administration
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required
- Experience working with Micro Edge Gifts and PACE systems desired
- Relationship management experience with non-profit organizations, boards, and/or UHNW clients desired
- Knowledge of charitable entities, trusts, fiduciary law, and federal regulations desired
- Charitable Trust Administration experience desired
- Non-licensed associate
Demonstrates expertise in philanthropic product administration, compliance, and relationship management within the non-profit sector. Proficient in analytical problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to effectively support philanthropic solutions and client needs.
