Position Overview
Position:
Full‑time, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location:
Early Intervention and Home‑based
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, no weekends
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
- Client‑specific oversight, initial assessment, treatment plan writing, reassessments, and maintenance of session schedule
- Caseload supervision/management and oversight of Behavior Therapists
- Monitor data and write, modify, and train on programs
- Serve as the main point of contact for each family; provide daily/weekly updates, progress reports, and address concerns
- Facilitate client transition to new team when clinically appropriate
- Provide school consultation
- Collaborate with other providers and professionals, and offer individual and group parent training
- Provide leadership, mentor new Behavior Therapists, and collaborate with the Clinical and Executive Directors on program‑wide needs, plans, and support
- Contribute to site‑specific and company‑wide projects and tasks as directed
- Participate in clinical, staff, and professional development meetings
- Protect the confidentiality of the client and family
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field (required)
- BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA) (required)
- One (1) plus years of BCBA experience or newly certified BCBA
- At least three (3) years of ABA experience or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least three (3) years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
- Access to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (Functional Behavior Assessment, Treatment Plan, Behavior Support Plan, Instructional Program)
- Two (2) references from a professional or academic supervisor
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to occasionally lift or transport clients or equipment up to 40 pounds and to move quickly while walking or running with clients
- Consent to a criminal background investigation
- Travel to clients’ homes on the South Shore as needed

- Work performed requires extended periods of walking and standing and constant movement throughout the day
- May require assisting clients with grooming, hygiene, eating routines, and responding to behavioral incidents
- May require occasional physical exertion including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- May require staff to sit or kneel on the ground with clients and quickly rise to a standing position if needed
- All staff are required to complete and pass company‑provided safety training
