Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Guest Service Representative for Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton in Brockton, MA. You will greet guests, process check-in/out, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries to ensure a welcoming, safe stay.
The role requires weekend availability with a 3PM-11PM PM shift; computer proficiency (PMS, Word, Excel) and prior hotel customer service experience are preferred.
