Full-Time Web Designer
W.B. Mason is searching for a Web Designer to join our headquarters in Brockton, MA. The position requires commuting to the corporate headquarters at least once a week.

Day‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesAs a Web Designer, you will lead digital content projects across web, email, and intranet platforms. You will partner with Category and Digital Marketers to visually communicate with customers and work with the e‑commerce development team to implement new website and digital campaign design solutions. You will elevate our website and email marketing aesthetics, ensure brand alignment, translate designs into code, test for browser compatibility, SEO best practices, and mobile responsiveness, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding digital experiences while managing multiple projects.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in web, interactive, or graphic design
- Experience advocating for content and user experience across technical and non‑technical teams
- 0‑4 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, Word Press, and MS Office
- Experience designing and developing responsive websites with Bootstrap or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of digital production processes and the ability to produce, optimize, and deliver files
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design - Advanced HTML and CSS skills
- Understanding of standards, usability methods, browser compatibility, and website performance optimization
- Ability to maintain consistent branding and design systems across all web presences
- Knowledge of best practices and UX principles
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects
- Ability to accept and incorporate constructive criticism
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
Understanding of JavaScript and jQuery implementation is a plus.
