IT Summer Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Summer Intern to join our team in Brockton, MA. • Assist the IT team with daily technical support tasks and troubleshooting.
• Help maintain and update hardware and software inventory.

• Participate in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.

• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service to end‑users by addressing their technical issues promptly.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
