Informa Tech Target is seeking a Contract Manager/Paralegal to join the Company’s Deal Desk team to support the Legal and Compliance Teams. The role will support contract management, sales, and customer success teams with vendor and customer contract review, negotiation, administration, and other support functions. The Contract Manager/Paralegal ensures smooth contract workflows and serves as the primary administrator for legal systems.

Duties
  • Own day-to-day administration of the Company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool, including intake, tracking, organization, and reporting;
  • Support contract lifecycle processes—from initiation through execution and storage;
  • Partner with teams to improve and scale contract workflows, templates, and processes and coordinate attorney review and approval;
  • Respond to internal contract and legal operations questions with clarity and urgency;
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including Master Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, Insertion Orders, and Statements of Work to support sale of media and related products;
  • Interface and collaborate with various business units and leaders at all levels of the organization, including Legal, Finance, Sales, IT, and Human Resources, as well as with external representatives and parties as needed;
  • Serve as lead on gathering records and information for third‑party claims, discovery requests related to litigation, or due diligence materials needed for business transactions; and
  • Assist with and perform special projects and provide general administrative support for the Legal Department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school and paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred;
  • 3‑5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal department supporting commercial contracting matters;
  • Must have experience with contracts management and commercial contracts review/support including experience working with Iron Clad or other CLMs;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups across the organization;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member under tight deadlines, carry out multiple activities simultaneously, proactively identify issues and provide strategic advice;
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively manage complex and high‑profile issues and competing priorities;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Office 365;
  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain a certification preferred.

The salary range for this position is $55k-$75k based on experience.
