Role Overview
Lead the Campus IT Compliance and CSV team, promoting a safe and compliant environment and mindset. Set goals, objectives, and contributions of the team, driving continuous improvement of team productivity and KPIs.
What You Will DoManage service providers, ensure alignment with contractual SLAs, and lead campus-wide IT compliance support and project execution. Define, implement, and track Service Level Agreements (SLA) for supported business-critical activities.

Must be able to foster business and enterprise partner relationships, represent Digital Plant during internal audits and regulatory inspections, and ensure procedures and documents are maintained in a high state of compliance.
