About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Product Manager to help drive the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams, translating customer needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with technical knowledge, enabling effective collaboration with engineers, architects, and business leaders to deliver high-impact products.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage all stages of the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch support.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and product opportunities.
- Partner with engineering teams to define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate effectively with customers, leadership, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform user research to gather insights and translate findings into product requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Work with Product Owners to establish KPIs, delivery timelines, and backlog priorities.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and release notes.
- Track product performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably supporting technical products.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with user research methods such as interviews and usability testing.
- Proficiency with product analytics and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities with experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
