Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and accessible technical and UX content that supports product development, regulatory requirements
, and customer experiences
. This highly collaborative role works closely with UX, technical, quality, and cross-functional teams to develop documentation, manage UX content, improve processes, and support new tools and technologies.

• Create clear and concise technical and design documentation supporting regulatory and quality requirements.
• Manage documentation submissions within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems.
• Develop accessible UX content, including alt text, technical microcopy, and string IDs using tools such as Figma.
• Manage UX strings across products to support translation and localization.
• Develop and maintain technical writing and UX content guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate content, revisions, and deadlines.
• Identify and implement improvements to documentation processes, tools, and workflows.
• Coordinate content deliverables across multiple programs and product platforms.
• Translate complex technical, medical, and product concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of technical writing or content development experience; medical device or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and DITA/XML-based content management systems.
