This role provides a unique opportunity to develop as an Analytics Engineer, Report Developer, and Business Analyst simultaneously. As a member of the Analytics team, you'll gain hands‑on experience building data solutions, developing reporting assets, and delivering insights that help drive business decisions.

Location Requirements- Note:
W.B. Mason will not provide relocation assistance for this position. - This role will operate in a hybrid working environment, meaning employees will work partly remote and partly in‑office, with in‑office time required at least once per week. The primary in‑office location for this role is located at our Corporate Headquarters Office in Brockton, MA.
- $60,000 - $70,000 salary

Help build and maintain the data foundation that powers reporting and analysis across the organization.
- Partner with senior team members to develop scalable data solutions
- Develop and maintain data assets within Microsoft Fabric
- Write SQL, SparkSQL, and PySpark code to transform and prepare data for reporting and analysis
- Improve data quality, automation, and analytical processes
Create reporting solutions that help stakeholders understand and act on data.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric semantic models, dashboards, and reports
- Create reporting solutions that track key performance indicators and business outcomes
- Design clear visualizations that communicate trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Continuously improve reporting through automation, standardization, and user feedback
