Home Health Care Transportation Driver

Brockton Home Health Care agency is seeking for transportation drivers to transport our patients to Doctors Appointments surrounding MA's area.

Minimum one year experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably with the older adults

Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) if required by state

Competence in CPR and First Aid

A reliable, responsibleattitude and a compassionate approach

Prior van driving experience preferred

intellectual/developmental disabilities, preferred

Offer safety assistancewhen boarding and off-loading at all destinations

Lifts and transfersindividuals served using proper body mechanics and assistance

Ensure cleanliness anddaily maintenance of vehicle

Valid drivers license,current registration, and insurance

Provide safe, reliable transportationservices between individuals we serve homes, day centers, agency programs,events, outings, and to/from appointments with staff.
