Associa – Maintenance Supervisor

Associa is an industry leader in community association management with over 225 branch offices in North America. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance operations, manage personnel, and coordinate repair projects for residential and commercial properties.

• Perform or arrange general building and fixture repairs.
• Supervise all general building maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance of landscaping and upkeep of grounds equipment.
• Inspect the building regularly to identify needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay rate: $25–$30 per hour.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related experience, including management or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of state and local governmental, OSHA, and general maintenance requirements.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC codes and maintenance requirements.
• Time‑management and prioritization skills.
