Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on elevating customer experience, leading a team, and driving sales growth.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to meet sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select new team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Base pay ranging from $16.50 to $26.30 per hour plus commission on sales. Final pay rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
