As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
  • Business development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
  • Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
  • Staffing and scheduling: hire and onboard new team members, ensure shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on-call responsibilities.
  • In‑home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Financial management: oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
  • Culture cultivation: create a workplace of choice for the territory, incentivize, motivate, and set team morale.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team.
  • Success in meeting sales and business development goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
