Socket.dev is seeking a Service Manager II to support the Service Manager and lead a team at a VIP location. The SMII lives VIP’s mission to earn automotive customers for life by learning the VIP culture and management processes while serving in place of an Assistant Manager as a permanent member of the VIP team.
The SMII is in development to be prepared to lead a team to ensure safe operation and an exceptional customer experience by helping the team execute VIP programs and standards.
