About the RoleAs Production Team Manager, you will lead a team of Lab Technicians, ensuring production goals are met safely, accurately, and on time. You will work directly with radioactive materials as part of our groundbreaking cancer treatment manufacturing process, upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a highly regulated, fast‑paced lab environment and is motivated by purpose‑driven work.
Position OverviewAs Production Team Manager, you will lead a team of Lab Technicians, ensuring production goals are met safely, accurately, and on time. You will work directly with radioactive materials as part of our groundbreaking cancer treatment manufacturing process, upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a highly regulated, fast‑paced lab environment and is motivated by purpose‑driven work.
MainResponsibilities
- Manage and work with team of Lab Technicians to ensure production goals are met.
- Prepare radioactive materials for production.
- Work with radioactive materials to create our ground‑breaking cancer treatments.
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.
- Work according to high safety standards and recognize and report any safety issues.
- Support Engineering Department in testing and calibrating lab equipment.
- Work with team to prepare products for shipping.
- Maintain detailed records of all work.
- Assist in failure analysis and corrective action of production problems.
- Support the site with various other projects and tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Chemical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience in complex lab environments.
- Prior experience working with radioactive materials - Preferred.
- Prior Staff Management Experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English and possess good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Availability to work outside of normal office hours when needed.
